1. Purpose

This service, designed by DAYOS SAS and operated by BLACHERE ILLUMINATION, lets you temporarily send files to named recipients, without creating an account. By uploading files, you accept these terms.

2. Prohibited content

You undertake to upload only files that you have the right to distribute. In particular, the following are prohibited:

• illegal content, in particular content that violates human dignity or harms minors, glorifies terrorism or incites hatred;
• malware, and content intended for phishing or fraud;
• content that infringes the rights of third parties: copyright, trademarks, privacy, personal data;
• using the service to send unsolicited messages.

3. How it works

• Files are scanned by antivirus software before being made available; an infected file is rejected.
• Recipients are only notified once your email address has been confirmed.
• Files are deleted at the expiry date you choose (30 days at most), or earlier if you revoke the transfer. The service is not a storage or backup space.
• Quotas (size, number of files and recipients, frequency) may change in order to preserve the service.
• Files are stored on private servers of DAYOS SAS hosted in France; no third-party access is open to these storage servers.

4. Reports and measures

Any manifestly illegal content can be reported from the download page or from the Report content page. The operator may, without notice, revoke a transfer, block access from a network address or suspend uploads, and keep the information needed to answer requests from the authorities.

5. Liability

You alone are responsible for the files you upload and the recipients you name. The service is provided without any guarantee of availability; always keep your original files.
