Data controller

DAYOS SAS designed this application and is responsible for hosting, for securing access to the database and for the continuity of the service.

BLACHERE ILLUMINATION operates this file transfer service and, as such, is responsible for the content.

Data processed and purposes

Email addresses of the sender and recipients, message and file names: delivering the transfer, verifying the sender, notifying the recipients.
Uploaded files: making them available to the recipients, after an antivirus scan.
Downloads (date, volume, result): tracking the transfer and preventing abuse.
IP address: limiting abuse (number of uploads, password attempts). It is only stored in the database as a hash; the server's technical logs may contain it.
Reports: description and, if you provide it, your email address, in order to handle the report.

This processing is based on the performance of the service you request and on the operator's legitimate interest in keeping it secure. No data is used for advertising or passed on to third parties.

Retention periods

Files: until the chosen expiry date (30 days at most) or revocation, then deletion.
Information about a transfer (addresses, file names, downloads): 365 days after its expiry.
Reports: 365 days after they have been handled.
Log of administration actions: 365 days.
Abuse-limiting events: 90 days.
Addresses or ranges blocked for abuse: for the duration of the block, then 90 days.

Cookies

This service uses no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. Its cookies are strictly necessary for it to work:

protection of forms against request forgery, for the duration of the session;
language chosen in the header selector, for one year;
access to a password-protected share, for a few hours after the password is entered;
confirmed sender email address, encrypted, for 7 days: your next uploads from the same browser do not require a new confirmation. Clear this site's cookies to forget it;
session of the service's administrators.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr). The sender can revoke their transfer at any time from their management link: the files are then deleted.
